All shipments are monitored. At the client’s request, we sent the parcel number, which allows you to view the status. When you want to order a parcel outside of the UK, please contact us first to determine the cost of sending.
In case of lost / damaged orders, if courier has been lost, we will send the order again if we receive 50% of the order and full shipping costs. We do not ship again if the package has been signed or delivered or lost at your address or has been signed by a person or persons other than the customer.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for customs confiscations!
We also assume no liability for damage, delay or loss of a parcel by national and international postal services. On client request we can send receipt(proof of posting) and client claim refund on his own.
All receipts are stored up to 2 weeks. After this time here is no possibility to get any help about your parcel/package.
In the absence of a ordered product, we send a product of the same quality only another brand/company.
