Clenbuterol Hcl is an agent from the group of beta-2-sympathomimetics. It is a strong anti-catabolic and thermogenic agent, and additionally prevents the damaging effect of cortisol on muscle tissue. Clenbuterol greatly increases protein synthesis, which gives a good anti-catabolic effect.
By stimulating beta receptors, it increases body thermogenesis, thanks to which fat tissue is burned. In combination with steroids, it works synergistically, therefore it is often used in reduction cycles with the use of “dry” agents, such as testosterone propionate or Winstrol. When using Clenbuterol, there may be a minimal increase in lean muscle mass and strength.
The most common side effects while using Clenbuterol include: excessive sweating, hand tremors, disturbed heart rhythm, general anxiety and irritability, insomnia, headaches, increased blood pressure. Therefore, it is recommended to supplement with magnesium, taurine and potassium when using Clenbuterol.
Dosage
Clenbuterol quickly saturates the receptors, so it should be used cyclically – two weeks of use (2 weeks ON) and two weeks off (2 weeks OFF). Doses should start from the lowest possible level, and then gradually increase them.
The initial daily dose is usually 20-40mcg in the first days, 40-60mcg in the next days, until it reaches 100-160mcg depending on the athlete’s advancement and the results achieved. Remember to check your body temperature regularly.
During the break, you can switch to the combination of ECA (ephedrine / caffeine / aspirin), thanks to which you will see a further reduction of adipose tissue while relieving the beta-2 receptors.
With such a 2 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF regimen, Clenbuterol can be used for 6-8 or even 10 weeks depending on the advancement, goal and effects achieved. The daily dose should be divided into several smaller ones throughout the day, remembering to take the last dose by 17.00-18.00.
Putting down
It is recommended to gradually reduce the dose.
